To no Avail

When a break in occurs, it feels like your whole Families Lives has been broken into.

Their space their dreams and their humanity were taken away from them.

When I joined PSG I was thinking of a caring Insurance and not an Insurance that will leave you out to dry and make you feel like the ********.

I have been with PSG since last year and since day one i have played open cards with them.

When they broke into my house it felt to me as a father, I have failed my family and myself seeing I am the one responsible for their safety at all times.

I did not even get a call from the head office to just even say sorry to hear.

I went to PSG to have the best service and my Broker gave the service regarding doing her part in trying to have everything done.

But to no avail seeing the whole system fell apart

Assessor being late and making excuses about stop and goes - plan ahead.

He did not even phone to say he was going to be late and this a not right in my opinion.

Prior to this - He called me to extend his visit time seeing he had another claim he needed to attend to the week after. - This means he does not care about my claim but about his expenses and his time.

I would like to ask as your client to take full ownership of this and sort this out asap.
