Third party claim

I had an accident on the 22 second of January 2016. Keenan can der Merwe pumped into me on the left rare of my car. She then advised that she had insurance and I could claim from them.<br> <br> 25 January I contacted the insurance company and they told me the documents which they needed in order to start with my claim process. I then sent the information to Zaandre Britt and Marpie Prinsloo.<br> <br> I then called the company on the 5 February, to find out the status of my application. To my surprise my case had been handed over to Denise. I then spoke to Denise to find out how far he was with my claim, to my surprise he said he hadn't received any of my documents (which I sent to 2 people from psg insurance) I then sent him all the documents again.<br> <br> <br> Today 3 March 2016, I called Dennis M to find out the status of my case but unfortunately I was told he wasn't at work. I then asked the lady to give me feedback she says nothing has been captured on their system. Meaning that my application is pending.<br> <br> I'm worried about the way this company handles it's client. I mean it's 6 week and I haven't heard anything from the insurance. Can I please get clarity from their supervisor.
