Third cover nightmare

I was involved in an accident where a client of this insurer hit me, my claim number 571474, the accident happened 20/08/2023 and I’m being told people are this waiting for supervisor approval or something, my car is my source of income and I use it to travel at work but I’m told I have to wait like the accident was my fault, I’ve done all that was needed on my side but still, they can fix my car and deal with their client later, but i need my car fixed😡.
