Take away your Short Term Insurance from PSG IMMEDIATELY.
I have put a claim in on January for the side mirror of my car. I had to replace it, because I can't drive with a broken mirror. Who's going to pay the fine if I get pulled over by the Metro Police? Then PSG asked a guy A MONTH LATER to come and have a look at the mirror. Really. He didn't come to light either! Up to today I pay PSG, but when I claim for a mirror they don't give a damn. I fooled up on a claim I lodged for a ring I lost, they claim they haven't received it! Your service are terrible.
