Stay clear of PSG insurance

My mom was in an accident in November. The vehicle was a write off. She immediately phoned her broker after the accident and the claim was registered. They asked us to send them the registration papers and the the two forms which I take they will use to write the vehicle off. The broker e-mailed us and said the person that received the documents says the registration papers was included. Currently I'am fed up with this service that an old pensioner is getting from this company and I would advise people to stay clear of them. They now want us to get copies of the registration documents, but the problem is that vehicle is registered in the Northern Cape, and we are in the Western-Cape, we have had no response again from the broker who would have looked in on the case again today, and it seems that they just give a rats **** about customer who has been loyally paying the premiums for more than 15 years. I would really like to contact Mr Bertus Visser the CEO via LinkedIn and find out he thinks of the shoddy service the company provides to loyal customers who has been so loyal to this company that they even stuck with it once they went on pension.
