Roof claim

Honestly speaking this is the worst service ever received. I logged a building claim and till today it's not resolved. Everytime the consultant (Ellen Raphela) advises she will get back to me. Unfortunately im in the same industry and i don't think this is acceptable. If I don't get the response that i need on monday i will be talking to someone at the FSB. Clearly someone is not applying TCF (treating customers fairly). And when someone gets in contact with me they better be giving me the details of the supplier who is going to fix my roof and not settle me cash. Its such an inconvenience that i have to get someone on my side
