So i decided to clean up the car a bit and make it look more presentable.

And seeing that your assessors give quotations without assessments.The exorbitant amount on yout first qoute.qouting for damages that does not even exsist.

We can go back and forth with this claim and i can annoy the living daylights out of you. GET me a qoute then on the attached pictures seeing that your team have the ability to qoute on a damaged car by looking at pictures.

Does the below pictures look like the car should be written off? Because all that is required is a bumper, one head light a bumper stiffener, a bonnet, spot lights, a cradle and a spray job.

This is just by looking at the car, there is no mechanical damages on the car, the car drives 100% we done a full diagnostic on the car out of my own pocket and theres nothing wrong with the car???

I was promised that an assessor will come out to my residence and that didn't materialize.

Im a pensioner and wont be able to qualify for vehicle financing and personally feel like im being unfairly treated. I achieved my goal by buying myself this Bmw as a retirement car and insuring through bmw hoping that i wont have issues when claiming should the need arise.

Never ever have a skipped a premium and never was there any hassles to pay my premiums each month for the past nine years and this is the treatment im getting as a loyal client and to top it off im a pensioner. You insist on wanting the car and settling the car finance making me debt free and car free.

I did my calculations, if you pay me the book value of the car of a R120 000 and square up the debt on the car which is a baloon payment of R40 000 and the last few months premiums which adds up to R56000. If you add the two u get R96000 plus the excess fee of R10 000.

Im too afraid to even calculate these amounts to see what im left with, you deduct those totals from a R120 000 from the book value and tell me what i can buy with whats left??

Another bmw 125 or just the run flat tyres? Try and come up with a reasonable win win situation because all i can see thats coming from this claim is Psg winning and me getting the short end of the stick.

I cant actually fathom the fact that bmw has chosen you as a insurance broker to see to their clients, i will be taking this to the media and bmw if i dont get a satisfactory response from you.
