PSG/BMW car insurance- pathetic
Hi All. I have car insurance with BMW which is underwritten by PSG. I have been paying my premiums monthly and have not had a claim since starting. On upgrading my BMW I informed bmw to upgrade my details with the insurance at the time which was never done. Now that I have put a claim through- 8 months into getting the X4- PSG has rejected my claim saying that they still have my X1 insured. So since January I have been paying insurance for a car that BMW has as it was a trade in for the X4. If the X4 was not covered and I don’t own the X1 then where is all my insurance money going?? Surely BMW can’t release a car without confirming insurance details. Also I have an email with a written instruction asking bmw to update my insurance details on 23 January 2019.
