PSG Welkom branch BAD service
I was for year with PSG insure working with their branch in welkom. I had to cancel my insurance because i didnt have work at the time. Now i want to get insurance with them again and phoned their welkom offices. I dont want to mention names but im still waiting till this day. When i phone the lady helping me is always busy or not in the office ive left messages for her to call back and also emailed her. During this waiting period she did however speak to me and said shell get back to me by the end of the day. Like i said im still waiting and im going for 3 weeks now. This lady is giving PSG welkom branch a very bad review and reputation. Poor service and very disappointed in PSG welkom Branch

Like I said ive never had this bad service from them untill recent which is unacceptable and im very disappointed in their service. I expected better from them since ive been dealing with them for years
