psg modimolle must be investigated

Between 3/10/2013 and 18/10/2013 we reported burglary residential to the saps kinross cas 70/10/2013. We also reported it to the insurance psg Modimolle. We registered a complaint on 23/10/2013. We submitted to PSG all the information like the report from thr security company where there was alarms during that period. The claim was for R60 000-00 PSG send there own assessor.<br> On 6/1/2014 PSG told me that Santam said we are under insured I reported the case to the ombudsman who told me I must get a lawyer<br> I told the ombud that we were not u der insured becaus I got letters that PSG told Santam that we were only insured fot R150000-00<br> in another letter PsG tod Santam that we were insured for R199 650-00<br> PSG are surpose to put a 10% per year and alwyas did my insurance up October which thy didnt do that october of burglary<br> we were insured at that time for R241000<br> That was the first lie en secondly there assessor put mad values to our house content . I got all the values that he add to the content<br> Can you please investigate this matter why PSG lie to santam and the assessor can add values now I am under investigate<br> I got all letters and letters of PSG please help<br> <br> <br> <br> me
