PSG KONSULT TRADING ACCOUNT

In 2011 I joined the Stock Market College and opened a trading account. My account was then handed over to PGA Konsult and was contacted by Ester Harper on 09/02/2011 who was to manage my account (BDA ***). Not much was explained to me and the only communication I received was the e-mail. I bought some shares but after a while, as I was not getting it I took awhile to login into my account to trade. I tried to login in 2017 but could not- when I called and gave my details I was told by some guy(don't remember his name) that the account was closed down and that it had no monetary value- he was rude and just said he could not help or explain further. Am still clueless about what happened to the shares I bought.
