PSG is USELESS!!! I miss Outsurance's amazing service.

Utilised PSG Assist to help with my fridge that was not working properly. They sent out a technician who was unable to repair the fridge TWICE. They refuse to send someone new out now for the THIRD time. The technician is not taking my calls nor replying to my text messages.
