PSG involved in insurance *****.

i am not going to get into the long details of this **** company. my son by accident lost control of his pedal bike and hit the back of a car in our complex. this was in April 2020. i said to the owner i had no problem with having my insurance take care of it. now, 2 weeks ago ( 14 January 2021) he wants to proceed. i had no problem. his insurance PSG called me and said that he was not going to claim on his insurance as he was not willing to pay his excess?? really!!! this is were it gets very interesting. he informed his insurance that this took place in December 2020, yes you read right. i have hard proof that he sent my wife an WhatsApp telling her that i must tell PSG that the date was 20-12-2020!!! i refused and called my company. now here is were it really gets juicy..... i personally informed PSG that the client was commenting *****. they reply to myself yesterday which i have everything. that they allowed him to chance the date to the correct date!!! WHAT????. they went even further to state, on mail on the letterhead that there client was not going to use his insurance but hold me personally liable. DEAR PSG, i have handed everything over to the Police and i have of course involved my GREAT insurance company. by putting your "Great PSG name" to the email i received you are now an accessory to *****!! how flipping dumb can i company be? the police have taken down my statement and i have provided all proof to them. you are the most pathetic an unprofessional business i have ever come across. PS. they are arresting your client this morning and i have been assured that they will be at your TYGERVALLEY offices early Monday morning. so, please enjoy your weekend as i think it is going to be the last one for a long time. the most stupid and such flipping idiotic company every!!!
