PSG Insure terrible experience

A damage to building claim was lodged on 24/06/2024 and to date i have not heard from the insurer. I had to employ a security guard at the property as the driveway gate and wall together with the electric fence was damaged. The building is a medical surgery and can not be left open and accessible at night.

I have made numerous calls to PSG insure who tell me that they will look into the matter but nothing gets done.
