PSG Insure refuses to reassess monthly fees

I have been with Graham Walker and subsequently PSG for more than 30 years.Recently,I requested to speak to the MD and for help in reducing fees.The MD refused to call me back and refused to engage in any communication.To date,I haven't received any help.They keep hiding behind 'rules of why they can't help,so posting here,in the hope that they can at least reassess my situation.
