PSG Insure is a **** of a broker, They are brokers for Hollard Insurance.

This company is a very big ****. I know insurance companies make you run around, but this one is the worst. The experience my father and I encountered is just nothing worse of throwing up.

My father has been paying R1149 for insurance. Bare in mind the car is paid up, he is above 60 and has had his license for more than 30 years, the premium is alarming to begin with. PSG Insure says they are a broker to Hollard Insurance. After 8 years of paying you can calculate the premium that is R 110 304. We have never had a claim up until now. PSG Insure then claims that for them to tow the car to the repair they only pay 40km of the tow and the rest of the money is paid up by us. The kilometres to the nearest repair shop is 144km. They called is a round trip which is 288km. We ended up having to pay R 4850 for the tow from our own pockets. All they could say is that is how they work, totally disregarded our payment and claim free years. 8 years of paying and they can’t even pay R 4850 for a tow truck, it must be a joke or a ****. This never made sense, as a result as we had mp option we paid the tow truck amount. We kept the proof of payment, we recorded the calls throughout the entire process. If there is anyone that can help us with this can you come with a solution to get our money back. This is very unfair and I doubt it is legal. I wouldn’t advise any person to use this PSG insure company. They do not care whether how much you have paid to them and never claimed, all they do it say they cannot do anything.
