PSG Insure is a ****.

PSG Insure is a ****. My husband was involved in an accident, and the vehicle was written off. They emailed me to say they had deleted the written-off vehicle. I was under the notion that my policy had not changed and that only the written off vehicle was deleted. My initial policy's access amount was 5% of the quotation.

Only recently, while I was claiming, I was told that my access is R4000, R5000 if I do not have a code 8 driver's license, and R2000 if the accident occurs between 00:00 and 05:00. The R5000 for a code 8 driver's license was implemented when they discovered that my spouse and I are code 10. I'm additionally concerned about the timing because my hubby also works night shifts.

Thank you. I have been with PSG since 2017 and i never claimed but the only claim that i submitted last year changed everything to ridiculous excess amounts. I never had a problem with PSG until now.
