PSG Insure - FAIL!

While I have not had insurance with PSG Insure for years, I have suddenly started receiving SMS messages informing me of refused debit orders, later SMS messages threatening to cancel my policy due to late payment. I have called them and send e-mails in an attempt to find out what is the problem and to resolve it. I am being ignored. They are making no attempt to contact me to enable any form of discussion.
