PSG INSURE BROKERS NOT INTERESTED TO ASSIST CLIENTS
My husband passed away. Since 29 March 2023 I tried to claim for the premium waiver to be processed. It took many months and many threats to get the claim to be processed. Only when I threatened to approach the Ombudsman, it was paid out. No communication from PSG received, only when I communicated it was responded too. The amount was paid by the underwriter, but PSG kept on deducting the debit order. On a query regarding this matter, no communication came forward. I then threatened to report them to Hello Peter and requested the contact details of the managing director, I was ignored. We have been with PSG for over 40 years. This is absolutely unacceptable, unbelievable, and proof of non-caring attitude. One doesn't need this while mourning the loss of your husband. PSG also did not update the policy after the death of my husband. They changed the banking detail but didn't change the policy to my name. Only when I queried the claim, and maintain that they could not find anything under my name, it was discovered that they neglected to change the personal details.
