I have logged this complain some time last year with Psg not only was I late but was misinformed of the turnaround time, not only did I look like a **** to my manager but I arrived late for a meeting at work, even today I’m still waiting for feedback for my complain, I guess they don’t reallt care for their clients for a reputable company I’m disappointed
