Psg I would give 10 stars if I could. I have been dealing with a underwriter Chantell Muller on my fathers portfolio. Chantell was up till after 1 in the morning with emails from myself and my mum. We requested numerous quotes and changes to be done which I don't want to over exaggerate but we received a response from her with in minutes on each query. We had a follow up call from her yesterday where she wanted to know if we were happy and understand the conditions and how the underwriting rules stand on my fathers policy that we have amended. She explained things in plain simple language which not many do. I didnt mention to her that I was in the process of looking for alternative quotes to save my parents money as they don't look into their finances well. However chantell managed to assist. And I am in the process of letting her take over my insurance. Great service I will be telling my staff that this is a relationship I would want them to have with my clients. My mom will definitely be writing a review on Psg to
