PSG insurance service After hours

My daugter, currebtly studying and 500Km away from me manage to lock the car and flat keys inside her vehicle. I called PSG, within seconds my call was answered by Stefan, after I explained my problem his first response and worry were if she is OK, after confirming He arranged 10-20 minutes later he calle back with update. Another 30to 45 minutes later the Locksmith was on site and quickly the car was open everything sorted.
