PSG excellent service

I would like to thank Phumzile Hlogwane Claims consultant at PSG for the amazing and professional service you gave me. I was struggling to get a courtesy car with Avis with regard to an outstanding issue i had with them. I spoke to a lady by the name of Lianca from car hire department at PSG who told me that unfortunately there is nothing that can be done i will not get the car.

I then suggested to her that we use another car hire, but she told me it was impossible. I called Phumzile Hlogwane and gave her a brief background of the issue. she told me not to leave Avis and she kept giving me an update. I thank you for your prompt and professional service. I got the courtesy car and received fantastic customer service.
