PSG Direct Clients great service!

This is probably a duel report! I have been talking to a person(I have the name) about feed back on my fund transfer to a PSG Living annuity and ETF account. I had a few telephone calls, and two e-mails, but no joy! I then went on line and had a live chat with Tracy. I had three enquiries and she committed to dealing with all three. She solved two on line while I was on the PSG Site! The third one she investigated while I was on line and reported back that she had to follow up with the PSG Admin staff. She promised to get someone to make contact and assist me! I have heard that comment before in the SA service Industry! I was so pleasantly surprised when she came back to me within an hour via a detailed e mail informing me completely about what the current situation was, what needs to be done, and how I can execute the solution! Man, She was an absolute Star and completely made my Day!!
