Cancelling with them today. Made a claim against ****** tools from my van. Clear on CCTV what was taken. Can been seen Lifting gate of rails then 10 minutes later leaving with claimed items. Refuse to pay as they said can was unlocked (100% sure it was locked) it can been seen on the time stamp of the CCTV they were more than 10 minutes at the van. They were either breaking i, or window shopping for 10 minutes. Suggestion - if someone breaks in to your car - even if the locks are not damaged(the old coat hanger trick) - smash them up a bit. Or you will not get paid.
