PSG Brokers do not care after signing you up!!!

After signing me up and earning the commission...I have never heard from my broker again. I was involved in an accident, I had to fend for myself. I had no support or assistance whatsoever. I was told that a needs analysis was suppose to have been conducted, but nothing. Absolutely nothing!
