PSG AND OLD MUTUAL
MR ELCATO IS HAVING A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE SINCE JANUARY 2023. HIS BUSINESS BURNT OUT AND HE SPENT R35000 ON LAWYERS AND PSG AND OLD MUTUAL ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO SORT HIM OUT. IT IS SAD.

01 Nov 2023, 11:49Old Mutual refused to pay because the PSG inspector did not do the correct job when he was doing the inspection.
My was a wooden structure and he did not mention that. when the place burnt Old Mutual refused to pay.
Therefore it is PSG's fault. They must take responsibility and fix my place. I have never failed to pay them monthly.
