Poor service

Since Wednesday 17 Nov 2021 I have been trying to get a quote from PSG insure. A consultant named Kabo sent me mail and some details to provide. I did that the same day. Have been phoning them and the consultant is forever busy on the line and will get back to me of which he never did.

If is so hard to get a simple quote and how hard it’s going to be to claim in unforeseen circumstances. I am discussed by the service I got.
