Pathetic and shocking service level. I always have to follow up on my claim and never get feedback. All the documents were sent though till today I only received an email and sms stating the claim has been registered and I keep following up but nobody is

Pathetic and shocking service levels. sent claim forms on the 15th of November and followed up numerous time only to have one claim paid after 2 weeks and the second claim to be registered and till date no response. Claim . I call to follow up and my claims handle is never available or cares to call me back with feed back on a keys claim. The service level is pathetic and shocking. It's the 7th of December and my claim is no even resolved
