Over promised, under delivered

On Friday the 16th Oct my vehicle was involved in an incident. That same day affidavit was made at the local police station.<br> <br> The claim was submitted on Monday the 19th via the broker PSG MeersterPlan. Only on the 6th Nov was the vehicle booked in for repairs. Numerous calls were made with empty promises that were never kept <br> <br> On Monday the 19th I received an email stating that my vehicle is in the wash bay and would be ready for collection by Monday the 23rd of Nov.<br> <br> On the 3rd of Dec I was once again promised the vehicle would be ready for collection only to have that promise rescinded.<br> <br> With no family vehicle available and no repair in sight, these empty promises have now resulted in the ruin of a planned family vacation.<br> <br> Thanks for the very UnMerry Christmas provided.<br> <br> Barry<br>
