Outstanding service and clientele caring

This is to express my gratitude on how my call to follow on the claim has been handled by Nobuntu Masango who has since calmed me down and took me through the process. My Story in short: I was asleep when my brother took my car and drove it and he hit the fence and also the car parked on the yard. I placed my claim with PSG and today I got an email saying Nobuntu Masango is busy processing my claim. I decided to call her she was very friendly and took time to explain to me the process which is one thing i noted which to me was very unusual for an insurance company. I have dealt with many call centers before and people who work there are usually very rude. She explained to me how the process will unfold and to top it all she made mention that there was someone who is meant to handle my claim but due to the nature of it she will personally handle it herself.<br> I really feel horned and thrilled by her attitude as it is my first of such experience with people as her profession are known to be very rude . Already within 5 minutes i have got an sms telling an assessor has been allocated for my claim that now i must wait for the call from the assessor.
