Non payment of Cash back Bonus

<p>I qualified for a cash back bonus from PSG at the end of March 2016. </p> <p>But, they don't pay it out on that date. You have to wait for 2 months for payment (in case you claim).</p> <p>In my view, if you claim after that date, it is a new financial year.</p> <p>After numerous enquiries, the pay out of my bonus would be end of May 2016.</p> <p>On 31 May, after an enquiry once again, a lady called Yolandi, called me back. She was really very "snotty" telling me that they said my money will be paid at the end of May and that it is only the 31st of May. She promised that the money would be paid out either that night or on the first. Nothing. Another consultant, Derick, Called me on 2 May telling me that he have good news for me. My money will be paid out before the end of this week. Today is the end of the week, and yet no payment done.</p> <p>I want to stress that I think it is unacceptable to wait 2 months for a payment.</p> <p>It is unacceptable to have to enquire every day, and getting different answers.</p> <p>In 2015, this bonus paid out at the end of April. Also after numerous quiries and fights.</p> <p>I would like to know when my money will be paid into my account?</p>
