NO SERVICE..He says he is not paid for this

this is the worst claim experience i have had in my life. first the claim takes over 2 months to be settled, and they don't communicate. contractors come and go without telling us when they will come to do the repairs, or when they are off. they just pitch and expect someone to be home. the assessor maintains that its not his job to come check if his contractor has done a satisfactory job and he will take the contractors word for it despite our concern that its not? Wow! quite some SERVICE you give PSG. Then you say you will go to owner for signed off on unsatisfactory work cause he has not seen it? WOW!<br>
