No claim record

In 2017, a number clients of BMW insure (vehicle insurance) were unilaterally migrated to PSG insure. With vehicle cover and premiums paid, all seem well. This was until I requested a no claim bonus letter from PSG. The letter I received, reflects only record for the period the policy was held with PSG and not for the period in its totality abd for which asset cover was in force. On receipt of the client book from the former insurer, the current insurer, I'd assume, would apply due diligence in establishing the risk profile of their client(s) and consider such going forward. In my case, the no-claim record commencing in or about 2013 to present is being ignored. If this is not the case, then a no claim letter for vehicle cover should should state the totality of the period and not only the partial period under PSG Insure, considering that PSG became the insurer at the behest of the former insurer and not the policyholder.

Sincerely A A Jacobs

Dear Mr Archibald  We apologise for any inconvenience you have experienced. Due to the change in administration system, only a partial record was accessed when replying to your query. However, we would like to confirm your ‘no claim’ years and insurance history remain in place and believe the corrected letter of confirmation has been provided to you.  Kind regards
