Misrepresentation of cell phone insurance

My complaint is over the last 2 years I have paid a premium on an amount of R8000 for my cell phone. On my policy schedule received after all my updates on the policy the cell phone insured amount remained R8000<br> At no stage was I advised that this amount would decrease over months or years<br> When I claimed and to my shock my cell phone is been replaced with a cell phone of less value at a 20% access fee.<br> This was never explained to me and I am not happy about this at all. I was under the impression that I have insured the amount and not the cell phone as my policy of the last 2 years has never decreased.<br> <br> I would like proof that the policy wording was sent to me at the time I took the insurance policy indicating the 20% access fee. This should have been sent to me via email as I have received few days ago.<br> Further I would like to be re-imburst for the R8000 as I was not advised differently.<br>
