Lack of communication

I resigned from my company at the end of Dec and psg is acting between Liberty and my previous company. The Dec allocations were only done in Feb. The next excuse received that they are busy with recons. This should not be taken two to three weeks. As at today my pension funds has still not being transfered to my new pension fund. Very dissapointed services
