Insurance frustrations
I have been involved with this company (Jeffreys Bay office) since March 2018 in trying to get a third party claim finalized. Their client damaged my parked vehicle and since day one they have treated me like the ********.
To this day I have to constantly follow up begging for responses and updates and despite me having to do all the work to get my damage rectified, we are still not at the end...

We have investigated your complaint and are pleased to confirm that your claim has already been approved – payment should reflect in your bank account soon.
As was explained to you by our claims consultant, third-party claims (claims against other people’s policies) are known to take much longer than claims against your own policy. As insurance advisers, we also unfortunately have little control over the process, as it is handled by the insurer. However, we are pleased that we could assist you in resolving this matter.
