Insurance deductions but no car

I had a car that was insured by psg through Bmw . Yes , I said I had ! The car is paid up and has been sold . They have been deducting insurance on this for the second month in a row after I’ve requested insurance be cancelled through countless emails . This is absolutely pathetic!
