Imcomptence Claims Department

This is just a warning to all PSG clients that are insured through them. The claims department do not know what they doing? I had 3 claims consultant (at 1 request, as the first did not make any contact ,e The second consultant took forever to follow up. One has to go through the senior manager before you eventually get feedback. Eventually the matter was take to the CE. The matter was relayed to him and the only response I got back the day later was that the consultant are working following procedure. However reading through HelloPeter I noticed that one consultant also had a poor service logged against.<br> <br> To all with PSG, be careful and beware. its a nightmare dealing with these people.
