Horrible and appalling service

Since my last review PSG has not taken any action even though I was promised an assessro will contact me. I will not stop writing these reviews until someone resolves my issue and notices the ********ity involved in this. I have been paying you premiums every month for a service you refuse to offer to me, that's ********. My car has been at Ronnies boyworks since 20th November 2021 and you refuse to give authorisation for damages to be fixed. I do not want to know what happened when all i know is my car is insured by you and it is damaged therefore it must be fixed. You are unnecessarily exposing me to stress and depression. I am paying for a car that I am not using in process inconveniencing me, I am now forced to use bolt to move around which costs a lot. Your Mapitsi Namethe has not bothered to provide me with an update , when i call she is not available and never returns my calls
