Giving me the run around

I contacted PSG for documents that i need to summit to my attorney in order to start legal proceeds against Hollard, for a claim they would not pay. They first said yes they would send the documents than they changed there minds and said i should send them an email requesting it. I agreed and ask Martie to send me a email instructing me how to do as they said. They are just not send me the email adress or any contact details. I am standing in the dark as what to do next? Please help me get the necessary documents.
