FRUSTRATION OVER LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND PROPER HELP

I have been with PSG Insurance for 18 years. My experience adding a new motor vehicle to my insurance and deleting and changing information on my existing policy has been so frustrating to say the least. Information that was passed on, was asked multiples times although they had the registration certificate with the necessary information. Changes asked for was not done, and I have to send it multiple times for removal and up till now it is still not correct. I have sent e mail asking for someone to call me or get a dedicated person that I can speak with on e mail has fallen on deaf ears. I am currently abroad and it seems that no one is interested in helping me with my queries until I get back which is 9 September. I cannot wait that long for this to be sorted and I upon my return will looks elsewhere for insurance. Service is what sets companies apart, and PSG has been shocking.
