Exemplary service

I want to extend a VERY BIG "thank you" to Anneli Beukes at PSG Insure. She went WAY past the extra mile in sorting our problem out in record time.

I was overseas for work, when someone broke into our vehicle. The perpetrator did not only break the window glass, but bent the door frame for some reason. The vehicle was therefore not fit to drive. I reported the case to PSG Insure from overseas, with the expectation that it would take some time to sort out.

We were looking forward to a long overdue holiday break as soon as I returned - and we could see this planned and paid holiday slipping away due to the unexpected issues with the vehicle. Anneli Beukes (from PSG Insure) took charge of the case and, after hearing about our predicament, sorted everything out in RECORD TIME! She went out of her way to ensure that everything is taken care of. She made sure that a panelbeater with capacity could address the issue straight away. they fixed the vehicle to the extent that we could still go on holiday. The remainder of the work was carried out after our return. Anneli kept me updated during every step of the process.
