Excellent Customer Service

<p>I submitted an insurance claim for my bicycle to my broker on 04 May 2017. After some delay I received an Agreement of Loss from the Assessor with which i was not happy with. I therefore contacted Tania Buckingham, who was dealing with my claim. I was kept up to date on the progress throughout until finalisation of my claim. Although I was frustrated at the situtation, her commitment and professionalism in ensuring that my claim was successfully processed was refreshing. She is a credit to PSG Insure.</p>
