Empty promises

On the 29 january 2016 I had an accident whereby a client of pgs pumped into me, I claimed for thirty party claim three days later but up to date I haven't received assistant from the company. The policy holder has paid the excess needed by the company but I really fail to understand where the hold up is. I have been calling Dennis Masenya the agent who is responsible for my query but it seems each time he promises to revert to me but he never communicates back. I have tried to call Mr Booysen but it seems he is out of reach and his mail box is full.<br> <br> This is the second report that I'm sending to hello Peter 11 weeks later, yet my car hasn't yet been fixed. Their response on my first query was to send an assessor to come assess my car, after which they just kept quiet. I have been the one doing follow-ups to track the progress of my claim.<br> <br> Kindly please point me to a relevant and reliable person. I feel Dennis isn't offering much of help.
