Emails being ignored
I'm getting absolute no geedback from either PSG or Santam... I dont understand why I need to pay for PSG assist if there's no assistance and they ignore my emails.
Sent email on 10 September regarding checking in on my excess recovery, got a reply from Mosima Sebothuma on 14 September where I was cc'd on an email that was seent to Goodenough Twala and Bianca Geldenguys @ ***, sent another email on 2 October and no reply from PSG or Santam.
