Do not use PSG Insurance Policy throught Santam for a motorcycle please

My husband had a PSG Insurance Policy through Santam. He had right of way and another vehicle turned right in front of him. My husband was killed. The motorcycle was written off. It is now 6 weeks later and PSG Insurance refuse to refund his money. They are also still deducting the monthly PSG Insurance premiums & also did not instruct Wesbank to stop the monthly debit orders. They are just ignoring our requests and is now in the process of doing "speed tests" to see if my husband was driving too fast although he had right of way and someone turned in front of him. Disgusting. Please, please if you own a motorcycle, do not use this company for insurance.
