DO NOT DO IT!!!
These guys do not even deserve ONE Star. NVER USE THEM AS A BROKER! They do not negotiate or arrange anything for you with the actual Insurer.
Maybe I am the one that doesn't understand the concept of having a broker, are they not supposed to liaise with the insurer on your behalf? My claim request idled with them for two days with no assistance at all! Imagine if I was in a serious accident, I would have clearly walked home.
Utterly disgusted.
