Disgusting service

I am receiving very bad service from my broker in East London, at one stage I had three open issues. One has now been resolved but the most important one is my phone. I am continuously chasing him with sporadic replies and excuses, I copied client services and it did not improve. I eventually copied their compliance department nothing.. I am now in the process of terminating their services. We do not have to tolerate bad service it their are alternatives.
