Disgusted 3rd party claim - hopeless insurance
Pathetic service received thus far.. On the 19th December 2022 i was involved in car accident, one of PSG clients drove full speed and being busy in her cell phone she bumped into me... Not only did i injure myself bad, my car is messed up... Ive been struggling to get my claim sorted since December... Now im struggling financially and traveling with a 5year old is tough as he keeps getting ill because of having to walk in **** weather conditions... Each time i called PSG they were not helpful and didn't bother getting my claim sortes, instead keep telling me if i wanted sortes out quicker i must claim through my insurance, first of all your client ****ed up, so she is liable for my damages, 2nd of all i need this sorted as now im struggling whereas i was not in the wrong, she was... I want this sorted before close of business today, or i will open a case against your client and PSG as a business since its okay for your clients to **** and and nothing gets done, but us as the victims need to suffer.

23 Apr 2023, 12:44So here I am again, with my matter still not resolved, its actually pathetic, I honestly gave PSG the benefit of the doubt and thought my matter would get resolved hence it did not, This just shows that PSG has no remorse but rather protect clients that causes accidents and have victims end up in hospital with serious life long injuries like myself, because of there stupid damn client I ended up with spinal and neck injuries, that will remain with me for the rest of my life. I also hurt my left leg which now i cannot even walk properly. all because of a stupid lady that was busy on her phone speeding and crashed into me. best of all this is, the traffic officer on scene has confession of her admitting she was speeding and being busy on her phone, she looked up to late and crashed into me. she walked away with no injury and a huge payout from her insurance which is in actual fact was paid out that same month ,DECEMBER 2022,
here i am waiting for almost 5 damn months just to get this matter resolved.
this to me just shows PSG clients can kill people in accidents and they will still protect their client. ITS ****ING DISGUSTING AND SHOWS PSG CLIENTS CAN COMMITT ANY CRIME, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO THEM
